Welcome to the Compliance Plus AML/CFT Programme Tool - APT+
Under the AML/CFT Act you must have an AML/CFT programme. The AML/CFT Act includes mandatory requirements for an AML/CFT programme. Under s59(1) of the Act you must also regularly review your compliance programme.
You are also required to report on aspects of your AML/CFT programme in your AML/CFT Act annual report.APT+ has been designed by ex-regulators at Compliance Plus to make it easier for you to comply with these requirements. It will:
- help you check whether your programme meets the requirements of the Act;
- provide recommendations of any areas you need to address;
- allow you to regularly review your programme;
- make your compulsory AML/CFT audit cheaper by helping you improve your programme and providing guidance to your auditor.
If you are an IFA member this tool costs $172.50 ($150 + GST). If you are not a member it is $287.50 ($250 + GST). This gives you a 12 month licence and allows you to generate up to 3 reports in a 12 month period.
This is a collaborative compliance project with the IFA.
